The Power of His Resurrection March 13, 2016
Philippians 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
The disciples were so defeated because they had no confidence in the power of His resurrection. Without the perfect love of Christ there is always fear. Jesus didn’t allow them to be defeated, He appeared to them after His resurrection and then they believed.
John 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life:
The power of His resurrection is alive and working in my life. The full overcoming power is offered to every one of us. What is more difficult than raising someone from the dead?
Believe in the power of the resurrections for every detail in your life!
Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper;
Happy people don’t put their confidence in this life, they are expecting to go to heaven.
They rejoice in a risen Saviour. Joyous ones are looking for a specific resurrection, the out resurrection.
Philippians 3:11 If by any means I might attain unto the (out) resurrection of the dead.
The full overcomers will blast out of here into bridal glory. When living this first trumpet rapture, you are living the abundance of the resurrection. I know who keeps me. No matter life’s events we don’t go down, we rise up, abounding in the hope of the resurrection power! I can have it all the time.
Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
Live in the Spirit, not a debtor to the flesh. Get serious about the Holy Ghost. Get over your fear. Grow up into Christ in all things. Baptized with the Holy Ghost and fire, you will have power to know Him and love Him. Some folks may wonder if they’ve really been filled. Beside the evidence of speaking in tongues, the proof is what you know of the truth, you have heard the proposal. The infilling is real, don’t fight it, put it to rest today. Quit neglecting the Holy Ghost in your life. Live the full glory – lay aside every weight and run!
Romans 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
Every force was there to keep Him in the grave – but God! We have that same power, it’s beyond. How are we walking? Come to Him in the boldness of His power, the new man.
Let’s live in the Spirit, walk in the Spirit, pray, love, and believe. Want it all – nothing can keep you down. Rise up!
