Live Unto Him July 3, 2016
2 Corinthians 5:15 And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
Jesus, I am going to live for you. What a wonderful thought, but it has to be more – a vision. This comes from seeing His incredible grace and mercy. Now are we the sons of God. Allow Him to show you His immense and powerful love. Have a contrite spirit to bow the knee and thank the Father for the privilege of His grace. The word of His grace builds us up. Christ in me, the hope of glory. Believe in His mercy and grace. He is the God of the living. All Christians have life but this is abundant life. You’ve been given that Paul’s gospel crown. Where is your love and affection? Fight the good fight of faith. Forsake not the assembling of yourselves together. This is the eternal inheritance of glory. Where am I investing my life? Operate in the wisdom of Jesus and the knowledge of the I Am. Man’s intelligence is foolishness to God. He has given you His word to know. For me to live is Christ. Alive unto Him, alive is passion.
Romans 6:11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 6:13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
He is telling Christians to yield. Alive ones are passionate ones that love Him. Alive is the first trump saints looking for the out-resurrection. The bride is going to be taken out of the body. Genesis 24 is about a bride for Isaac. The servant was sent to get her from Abraham’s family, at the well.
1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
These are those that are alive unto the coming of the Lord! It happens when He is my first love, passionately in love, alive! Not in words only but in deed and truth. I don’t live unto myself. Are you going to let it work effectually in you? Don’t live filling up with fleshly lusts, self absorbed, saying don’t tell me what to do. But when tempted count it all joy. You are going to be challenged like you have never been challenged before. Let’s begin to embrace this beauty – let Christ live in you. Epistles read of men. Do you want to learn more? Quit being unstable, trials will come, but He’s getting ready to exalt us in due time. He is going to make known to all that He loves her. Quit living leanness, but live a life caught up with the Lord in the air. If you live unto yourself you will waste your life. Instead, be filled with all the fullness of God. Your whole countenance is going to be changed from glory to glory into His very image. Joy unspeakable and full of glory. Live unto Him. Alive!
