Faith Brings a Vision November 5, 2017
Psalms 139:7-10 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? 8. If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. 9. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; 10. Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.
He’s everywhere. He never leaves me nor forsakes me. God transcends time; so does faith. Faith calls those things that be not as though they were. Time is nothing to Him; by grace let it be that way for us too. True faith rests in trial, that the way of escape has already been made. Why are we worrying when we are blessed with all?
Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
Grow up in what we have. We are lords of all.
Galatians 4:1 Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all;
It’s the grace of God. When you fall in love you will do things you never would have done, it changes you. We rest because we are God’s elect – we believe the promises of God. They are yea and amen. They’re mine. He gave us His Son; God forbid we would doubt.
Proverbs 29:18 Where there is no vision, the people perish:
See life through the word of God. Seeing in truth that we are seated in heaven, we are sons of God. We are transformed by faith. This Word that is living in us takes us into the word of God seeing and experiencing the glory of the victories. The word of God abides forever. Does the faith of the Son of God bring you a vision? Is Hebrews 11 just stories or is it alive? You have to go there by faith. It’s the word that keeps you. All the encouragement is in His word. Believe God. Live the truth. It’s the same yesterday, today, and forever. It doesn’t change. God’s got it all under control. Fear not. He fights for us. How great is His love! The word of God is proven. He spoke to the prophets and they had to see the visions by faith.
Ezekiel 8:4 And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel was there, according to the vision that I saw in the plain.
Daniel 10:7 And I Daniel alone saw the vision: for the men that were with me saw not the vision;
In Acts 26:19, Paul said to Agrippa, “I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision.” Will we let the vision take us and control us? Be obedient to His all sufficient grace. Job said, “I have heard of thee but now mine eye seeth thee.” I must see with the eyes of faith. Have my thoughts in the spiritual realm, not on the world. Abound in the hope of the coming of the Lord. Walk through the scriptures for your life. Know the promises of God. What we will have forever. “It is written” defeats the enemy. Why would I go anywhere else? The way of escape has been made in His word. You’ve got to hear it, see more – make it be a vision that is yours. Descending from heaven having the glory of God.
