Psalms 42:1-2 As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God. 2 My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?
Philippians 3:11 If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.
There is a panting in Paul’s heart to be in that first trump rapture. Whatever it takes Lord – it will be worth it all. Before us is the purpose and the goal of every Christian. This is what Jesus came and died for. These two scriptures are really pointing to the same thing. Nothing else can be compared to the love of the I AM, or satisfy like Jesus. Only the Word will abide forever.
Psalms 29:2. . . worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.
Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Colossians 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
His love, passion, dedication, His sole purpose is upon you, and in you. God help us to be awake, to see this by His Spirit. Lord, captivate my thoughts and be stayed on You. All praise, honor, and glory to Jesus. Magnify Him. We are just vessels He uses to bestow His glory in. Our life is the long term plan to God. Every experience is so much more than the here and now. He’s cultivating His eternal inheritance in us. We are all the good pleasure for ages to come. He wants the most mature, profitable life to come forth out of each of us. We are completely weak, but when the grace of God takes over an abundance of fruit comes forth. Every child of God has been blessed with all spiritual blessings. All that needs to happen is for us to awaken to the power and privilege of His plan and purpose. To be jointly reigning and glorified together with Jesus Christ. Say, Lord help me believe this for me. God has given you the Spirit of truth to lead you into all truth. It is a fight of faith. We will go through things we don’t want to, but when the reality of His divine purpose is set on fire in you nothing can compare. Nothing else can satisfy. Like the cherubims with wings touching and looking to Him it is a supplying that is sustaining.
James 5:16 The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
Aren’t you thankful it’s all yours? In heeding His word, a panting and yearning comes in, and by faith it is applied. Continue in prayer and worship. There is nothing more important. Don’t let time pass, hear His Word. This longing is ours and the volume of all the promises of God are there for you to just believe. Why wait to cash in on the riches of His glory? Don’t just behold the glory. If by any means, I want to be His glory.
