1 Peter 2:9-10 But ye area chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: 10. Which in time past werenot a people, but arenow the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.
Romans 8:33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It isGod that justifieth.
This is us in Christ. We’ve been blessed with it all. All through Jesus. The bible tells us in many ways He loves us and blesses us.
Matthew 13:10-11 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? 11. He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
The word of God is for you.
1 Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them,because they are spiritually discerned.
We have received the Spirit of God.
1 Corinthians 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Just like those disciples but we’ve got even more of this.
2 Peter 3:15-18b . . . even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; 16. As also in all hisepistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they doalso the other scriptures, unto their own destruction. 17. Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these thingsbefore, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness. 18. But grow in grace, and inthe knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him beglory both now and for ever. Amen.
It’s all through the knowledge of the word of God. It must be spiritually discerned. He exceeds everything we could ever imagine. The deep things of God are taught by the Holy Ghost. He has so much more but He’s not going to give it to those that wrestle with the truth. Jacob wrestled with God because he doubted God’s blessing. He wrestled for a blessing that was far less than what God already blessed him with. Don’t take a palm when He’s given you a crown. Those that wrestle with the bridal message are doubting God. Abraham believed God and was confident in what God gave him. This bridal message is for all.
1 Timothy 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the (full) knowledge of the truth.
Paul’s gospel has been preached to every creature. (Col. 1:5-6) We’ve got a far greater treasure than Abraham or Jacob. Hear Him say, “I love you”!
Hebrews 11:40 God having provided some better thing for us,
Exceeding great and precious promises. He gave you an ear to hear what the Spirit says to the churches. Draw nigh in full assurance of faith. Enlightened eyes to see the deep things of God. It’s not what I see, think, or feel; it’s what God says.
Galatians 4:1 Now I say, Thatthe heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all;
Grow up into Him in all things. He lives in you. His life in you grows up, it’s not hard for Him. No limitations. Let us diligently seek out the promise. Search it out. He loves you. Read His love letters over and over. We weren’t called to the tribulation, but to hear the trumpet. You are called to a meeting in the air. Rise up my love my fair one and come away!
