Prophesy – The Lord’s Day June 24, 2018
The Day of the Lord will begin with the trumpet blast. Rise up my love, my fair one and come away. Most will not hear that because there is a sleep that has come over the church. Without Paul’s gospel you will not see prophesy rightly divided. Most of the prophesy preached today regards the events that happen after the bride is taken, such as the antichrist, Israel turning to God, and the great revival. Paul’s gospel is about the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Glorified together (Romans 8:17). The Holy Ghost is the only one who can minister this message to you. Here are the signs of the Bridegroom’s arrival:
2 Timothy 3:1-7 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3. Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4. Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5. Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. (The power is Jesus Christ) 6. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7. Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Don’t let them creep in, don’t enable it. They quit giving glory to God. It starts with being unthankful (Romans 1:21).
2 Timothy 4:3-4 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4. And they shall turn away theirears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
There is one truth, one way, one God, one Lord, one Saviour. There are not all these paths. We are in the time where the love of many is waxing cold; mostly because there is a disdain for sound doctrine. We are not wrestling flesh and blood but principalities and powers in high places. We are in it to win it - more than conquerors.
The signs for those who will meet the Lord in the air are in 1 Thessalonians 4 & 5. His return is like a thief in the night to ones that are sleeping (not sinners, they are dead – but sleeping Christians).
1 Thessalonians 5:2For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
Hebrews 2:1 Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let themslip.
The out-resurrection is a small company. This is for everyone. God would have all men be saved and come to the full knowledge of Him (I Timothy 2:4). He intended this for everyone, or He would be a respecter of persons. The moment the bride is taken, the tribulation begins. It’s the beginning of the Lord’ Day. Those of the Philadelphia church that are alive and remain will be caught away first.
Revelation 3:10-11 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation(the tribulation), which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. 11. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
You know you can’t lose your salvation, so what could you lose? The passion for this bridal message. Take all the Word; she only has Him on her mind. Ones with no bridal vision get consumed with politics. We are born of God, sons of God. Your citizenship is not here. Those that dwell on world events are dwelling on the thoughts of the kingdom age. He wants you to focus on Him. He died for that – He’s praying for me to hold it, and He’s waiting for me to share it. By grace follow Paul as he followed Christ. Feed on the strong meat. Hear Him – abide in His love. Quit looking for the acts of God. Know the ways of God.
